Operations Manager
Hi! I am Megan. I joined the Burn’s Orthodontic team in early 2026. I attended Gettysburg College and the University of Pittsburgh where I studied English and Education. After college, I moved to Washington D.C. and worked as a high school teacher. In D.C. I met my husband, Chris, and we have been married since 2008. We moved to Pittsburgh in 2012 and now have 3 sons, 2 very energetic Australian Shepherds, and three cats. My favorite place to be is in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I also enjoy reading, exercising, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I love working with such a fabulous team, and I look forward to greeting you when you come visit our office!

Hi, I’m Brandi! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here, and I’ve had the privilege of being part of this practice since 2007. Over the years, I’ve loved watching our patients grow, gain confidence, and achieve smiles they’re proud of. Being able to make a positive impact on someone’s day is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I graduated from Trinity High School and went on to play collegiate volleyball at Robert Morris University. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Justin, our daughter, Mya, and our two dogs and cat. Family is a huge part of my life, and I love making memories with them whenever I can. I’m grateful to have spent so many years helping create beautiful smiles, and I look forward to meeting you and being part of your smile journey!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Ayrel! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here, and I’ve been part of the team since I was 17 years old. Growing up in this practice has allowed me to build lasting relationships with our patients and their families, and I love getting to be part of helping create confident, healthy smiles. One of my favorite things about my job is watching patients’ transformations and celebrating their progress along the way. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Michael, whom I married in 2016, and our two children, Lincoln and Lainey. When I’m not with my family, you can usually find me shopping, spending time with our dogs, or making memories with the people I love most. I’m grateful to be part of your smile journey and to help make each visit a positive experience!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Ally! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here at Burns Orthodontics. I have been working for the practice since March of 2025, and I love getting to be part of our patients’ smile transformations. I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), and graduated in 2022. One of my favorite parts of my job is helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my fiance, Carson, whom I marry July 2026, and our dog, Milo. Whether I’m with family and friends, out with Milo, or helping create beautiful smiles, I always try to bring a positive attitude and a friendly face wherever I go. I’m so excited to be part of your orthodontic journey!

Hi, I’m Kaylin! I joined the team in May 2021 as an orthodontic assistant and now serve as our Treatment Coordinator. I love helping patients take the first step in their smile journey and making sure they feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their treatment every step of the way. Building relationships with our patients and seeing their confidence grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I’m originally from Punxsutawney and moved to the area in 2019. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my friends, traveling whenever I get the chance, and hanging out with my two dogs and two cats. I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping make your orthodontic experience a great one!

Hi, I’m Jade! I became part of the team in December 2025 as an orthodontic assistant and have loved learning and growing in the orthodontic field. After completing my Dental Assistant Program in March 2026, I was excited to put my skills to use helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. I enjoy the hands-on nature of orthodontics and the opportunity to make each patient’s visit a positive experience. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with my wife, whom I married in 2023, or at home with our five cats. I enjoy the little things in life and value the connections I make both inside and outside of work. I look forward to helping make your orthodontic journey a fun and rewarding one!
